This website is governed by the regulations exclusively applicable in Spain, and Spanish nationals and foreigners who use this website are subject to them.

Access to this website by the User is free and is subject to first reading and accepting expressly and without reservations all of these GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE which are applicable at the time of access, which we request you read carefully. When using our portal, its content and services, the User accepts and expressly submits him or herself to its general conditions of use. If the User does not agree with these conditions of use, he or she must refrain from using this portal and browsing it.

At any time we may modify the presentation and configuration of our website, expand or reduce its services and even remove it from the internet, as well as the services and content provided. All of this may be done unilaterally and without prior notice.

Access to our website is free and does not require prior subscription or registration.

       2. PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS AND STORAGE of the processing of the data sent through the:

·         Contact Form.

Purpose: To provide you with a way of contacting us so we can answer your requests for information as well as sending you communications about our products, services and activities, including electronically (email, SMS, WhatsApp) if you tick the accept box.

Legal Basis: The User’s consent when requesting information from us with our contact form and by marking the box to agree to the sending of information.

Storage: Once your request has been resolved through our form or answered by email, if no new processing has been created, and if you have agreed to receive commercial mailings, until you ask to stop being sent them.

·         Sending emails.

Purpose: To answer your requests for information and respond to your enquiries and consultations or doubts.  If we receive your CV, your personal data and CV will form part of our data bases to participate in our present and future selection processes.

Legal Basis: The User’s consent when asking us for information through the email address or sending us his or her details and CV to participate in our selection processes.

Storage: Once his or her request has been answered by email, if no new processing has occurred. If we receive your CV, your data can be stored for a maximum of one year for future selection processes.

Obligations to provide us with your personal data and consequences of not doing so.

Submitting personal data requires a minimum age of 14, or, where appropriate, having sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.

The personal data requested is necessary to manage your requests, register you as a user and/or provide any services you contract, and so if you do not provide them, we cannot serve you correctly or provide the service you have requested.

In any case, we reserve the right to decide on whether or not to add your personal data and other information in our data bases.

Your data is confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless this is a legal requirement.

If you disagree with the company regarding the processing of your data, you can present a claim to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia de Protección de Datos – www.agpd.es).

To safeguard the security of your personal data, we notify you that we have adopted all of the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the personal data provided from alteration, loss and unauthorised access and processing.

For us to keep your personal data up to date, it is important that you notify us whenever there is any change to them. If you do not, we cannot be held liable for their truthfulness.

We are not liable for the privacy policies regarding any personal data you might provide to third parties through the links available on our website.

This Privacy Policy can be modified to bring it into line with any changes to our website, and with changes to legislation or jurisprudence regarding personal data, and so you should read it every time you provide your personal data through this website.

By making this website available to users, we wish to offer a quality service, exercising the greatest diligence in its provision, as well as in the technological means used. However, we are not liable for the presence of viruses and other elements which in any way might damage the User’s computer system.

We do not guarantee that the availability of the service will be continuous and uninterrupted.

The User may not carry out any kind of action on our website which may excessively overload the operation of our IT systems, as well as introducing viruses, or installing bots or software which affect the normal working of our website, or which might cause damage to our IT systems.

The User accepts all liability deriving from the use of our website.
